Steps to Receive Your Temple Recommend:


1. Schedule an interview with the Bishop.
               Do this by phoning the ward executive secretary, or catch him after church.

               This interview will most likely to place at our Ward building:
               3860 N Waterman Ave, San Bernardino

2. Schedule an interview with the Stake President.
               Do this by calling the stake executive secretary.
               Stake Executive Secretary: Mike Marr: (909) 534-3237
              This interview will most like be at the Stake offices at the Northpark building:
               1475 Northpark Blvd W, San Bernardino

3. Temple Clothing and Garments.
               These can be purchased at Distribution Services:
               1785 E Lugonia Ave, Redlands California

               This is on Lugonia, just west of Wabash in the Stater Brother’s parking lot.  

               If you need help covering the cost of the temple clothing,
                accommodations will be made for you. Don’t let that stop
                you from going. A Bishop’s order can be written to cover part
               or all of the cost, according to your needs and His discretion.

4. Schedule an appointment at the temple. Let them know it is your first time there (Live Endowment).

               This appointment will be longer, as they will check your recommends
               to make sure that everything is on them correctly, before the
               information is sent to Church headquarters, so that the records
               will be correct; and because you will receive personal instruction.
               Remember also that you can invite an escort to be your personal guide.
               This can be any friend who’s been to the temple and has a current
               recommend.
